The competition is open to citizens and permanent residents of the EU/ EU candidate countries/Palestine/Norway.

Is féidir cur isteach ar líne amháin ag www.hopeitrains.ie, trí fhoirm iarratais a líonadh isteach agus doiciméid tacaíochta a chur leis.
Submission is by online application only at www.hopeitrains.ie, through filling in an application form with supporting documentation.

Céim 1: Cáilitheacht | Stage 1: Eligibility
Deimhneoidh lucht eagraithe an chomórtais cáilitheacht agus iomláine na n-iarratas. Ní ghlacfar le hiarratais nach bhfuil iomlán ná incháilithe.
The organisers of the Weatherproof me Competition 2019 will check eligibility and completeness of all entries, ineligible entries will be rejected.
Céim 2: Measúnú | Stage 2: Assessment
Déanfaidh ceathrar moltóirí measúnú ar na hiarratais incháilithe. Bronnfar marcanna as scór iomlán 100 do na hiarratais.
Eligible entries will be reviewed by a jury of 4 experts. Entries will then be rated out of a total score of 100.
